Key Responsibilities

•Sell and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events.

•Settle seating disputes and help solve guest concerns, including guiding guests to exits or providing emergency instructions.
•Support end-of-show venue closeout and sustainability efforts, such as recycling and collecting/storing equipment.

•Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
•Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
•Strong relationship building and communication skills.
