Key Responsibilities

  • •Under general supervision, perform general labor responsibilities as assigned, including tasks related to commodities and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and attaching/detaching hoses as needed.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment; control and monitor load out functions.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance including inspections for leaks and proper lubrication.
  • •Maintain safety and cleanliness, perform housekeeping/grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and deliver products to customer sites while keeping accurate records.

Key Requirements

  • •Must meet the minimum age requirement.
