Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical input and consultation on fire and life safety systems for complex projects, including design submissions, calculations, and strategy reports.
  • •Support verification that designs and installations comply with applicable fire and life safety codes/standards; assist with audits and site inspections.
  • •Conduct or support fire risk assessments and hazard analyses and contribute mitigation strategies.
  • •Assist with integrated testing and commissioning of fire and life safety systems to meet regulatory, client, and design requirements.
  • •Coordinate with architects, contractors, clients, and government authorities; mentor junior/graduate consultants and contribute to proposals/bids and industry thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, Fire Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • •08 years of experience in fire life safety/protection engineering consulting.
  • •Knowledge of UAE building codes and international codes/standards, including SBC, IBC, NFPA, and BS.
  • •Experience with fire protection design, fire detection and alarm systems, smoke control systems, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
  • •Pursuing professional licensing/certifications in fire protection (PE, CEng, CFPS or equivalent) is highly desirable.
