Job Summary

Join the APAC-Central team as a Project/Materials Engineer focused on concrete, asphalt, and aggregate production. You’ll optimize mix designs and plant performance, interpret project plans and specifications for compliance, and create material submittals. Partner with Quality Control and Environmental teams to meet safety and regulatory standards while designing plant improvement initiatives, supporting surveying and reserve analysis, and participating in inspections across the jobsite.

Key Responsibilities

•Address challenges in material science, production techniques, and environmental sustainability.
•Optimize ready-mix concrete and asphalt by improving raw material selection, plant performance, and logistics.
•Analyze project documentation to ensure material compliance and prepare clear submittals for aggregates, asphalt, and concrete.
•Collaborate with Quality Control and Environmental teams to uphold safety, operations, and regulatory compliance standards.
•Design plant improvement initiatives and support surveying, inventory management, reserve analysis, and inspections.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution; advanced degrees or additional certifications are a plus.
•Passed Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam is preferred.
•Experience or internship in construction materials, mining, or quality control is a bonus.
•Ability to interpret complex project plans and specifications and ensure material compliance.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, safety-focused mindset.
