Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute validation testing for electrified vehicle systems and components (including PDUs, BDUs, power electronics, ePowertrain systems, transmissions, and clutch components).
  • •Prepare test samples, instrumentation, fixtures, and laboratory equipment for test execution.
  • •Follow approved test procedures and customer requirements while collecting, analyzing, and documenting test data and results.
  • •Support troubleshooting and maintenance of laboratory equipment and test benches.
  • •Assist in development/modification of test methods, fixtures, and automation systems, and create/maintain technical documentation including test reports and validation records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •1–3 years of experience in testing, laboratory operations, validation, or product development/manufacturing engineering.
  • •Basic understanding of automotive systems and components.
  • •Knowledge of electrical and mechanical measurement techniques and laboratory instrumentation/data acquisition systems.
  • •Experience with LabVIEW or Python; proficiency in Polish and English is required.
