Job Summary

Partner with Sales to support the deal construct, review, approval, and negotiation of complex transactions. Coordinate information flow across Sales, Services, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and Operations to drive deals to close while ensuring adherence to company policies. Develop internal policies and relationships across functions, and use AI-assisted deal workflows and automation to speed review cycles and turn deal concessions and commercial trends into insights for Sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted advisor to Sales on the deal construct and negotiation process for complex transactions.
•Coordinate deal process information flow across Sales, Services, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and Operations.
•Ensure deal review and approval execution follows company policies and guidelines.
•Help set deal-related policies, processes, and procedures in partnership with other functions.
•Use AI-assisted deal workflows and automation to accelerate review cycles and analyze concession data and commercial trends for Sales leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,000 - 173,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, contracts, or sales operations.
•Ability to read, understand, and draft contractual business terms and conditions.
•Understanding of revenue recognition principles and US GAAP.
•Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to different levels of the organization.
