Key Responsibilities

•Work with customers to capture specific requirements and challenges and advise on optimal ServiceNow platform usage.
•Create detailed solution designs tailored to customer needs and use best practices for robust, future-proof implementations.
•Support implementation projects including configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow, providing technical expertise throughout.
•Train end users and administrators on effective usage of new systems and provide support and consulting after go-live.
•Maintain strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth implementations and identify improvements to increase efficiency and user satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•At least five years of experience as a consultant with ServiceNow-specific development techniques, including JavaScript scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
•In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HR Service Delivery, plus relevant ServiceNow certifications.
•Ability to translate customer business requirements into technical requirements and design solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals.
•Sound knowledge of ITIL principles to apply best practices in IT service management and analyze/optimize business processes for value creation.
•Ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders and present solutions convincingly in meetings or training.
