Experienced PMC Senior Mechanical Static Engineer overseeing the mechanical engineering deliverables, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to industry standards. Embeds constructability principles early in design and throughout project execution for ADNOC Onshore in Abu Dhabi, coordinating with engineering, EPC contractors, and construction teams to optimize for safe, cost-effective construction and installation.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure constructability planning is developed and integrated with ADNOC project requirements (CEP) and KPIs.
•Lead design reviews and optimization to improve ease of construction, modularization, and maintainability.
•Coordinate with engineering disciplines and EPC contractors; conduct constructability workshops and design reviews with stakeholders.
•Evaluate and approve construction methodologies, including heavy lifting, module installation, site logistics and sequencing.
•Provide ongoing site support during construction and capture lessons learned for ADNOC projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or equivalent)
•Minimum 15 years of experience in refinery projects
•At least 5+ years in constructability or construction engineering roles
•Strong experience in PMC roles on ADNOC or similar Middle East projects
•Experience in EPC/EPCM project execution
