Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop building designs and highly detailed drawings aligned to client concepts and requirements.
  • •Compile feasibility inputs, determine environmental impact, estimate costs and timelines, and prepare project proposals and reports.
  • •Manage design deliverables across concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction document stages in line with Qatar Law and internal procedures.
  • •Coordinate with architects, building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists, and liaise with construction professionals on feasibility constraints.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution aligned with company/IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  • •Ability to develop building designs and highly detailed drawings, delivering concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documents on time.
  • •Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills; RIBA or AIA membership is preferred.
