•Buyer Acquisition & Growth: Define and execute marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth and increase market share among U.S.-based buyers.
•Collaborative Sales Enablement: Partner closely with the Sales organization to co-develop messaging, competitive insights, and tools that empower the U.S. sales team to win.
•Market-Driven Campaigns: Ensure all buyer-facing campaigns and messaging frameworks are grounded in the voice of the buyer; translate market trends into audience-centric execution.
•Engagement & Retention: Drive strategy for deepening engagement with the global supplier base, ensuring partners see continuous value in the Xometry ecosystem.
•Partner Recruitment & Narrative: Work with Operations and Network teams to recruit high-quality global partners and define the global partner value proposition.
