Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate as the primary PMO interface for programme leadership, providing timely communication of status, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
  • •Own planning, coordination, and facilitation of steering committees, executive governance boards, programme reviews, and leadership forums.
  • •Design and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and reporting that capture programme health, financials, milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
  • •Manage programme plans and governance artefacts including RAID logs, milestones, and audit-ready programme documentation.
  • •Continuously improve programme governance and reporting by introducing automation and scalable process enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of PMO, programme management, or portfolio governance experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or executive-level stakeholders.
  • •Proven ability to lead senior governance forums and executive steering committees.
  • •Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables/Pivot Charts, Power Query/Power Pivot, and dynamic dashboards.
  • •Exceptional PowerPoint skills creating board-level presentations and strong executive communication to synthesize complex information.
