Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively partner with people managers and leaders across EMEA to support and grow high-performing teams.
  • •Collaborate with other members of the People Team on the design and delivery of people programs that elevate the employee experience.
  • •Contribute to change management strategy and own execution — from implementation to communications.
  • •Monitor and evaluate feedback channels and contribute to initiatives that optimize the employee experience.
  • •Investigate and resolve employee relations matters in a way that balances company, internal, and external stakeholder considerations.

  • •Experience consulting leaders and driving business results as a People Business Partner.

  • •Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to design clear processes and balance speed with quality.
  • •Strong EQ and empathy, with the judgment to resolve people situations in a balanced and thoughtful way.
