Partners with Go-To-MTM leadership and the People team to driveHR strategies, change management, and regulatory compliance across UK, Spain, and Israel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively partner with people managers and leaders across EMEA to support and grow high-performing teams.
•Collaborate with other members of the People Team on the design and delivery of people programs that elevate the employee experience.
•Contribute to change management strategy and own execution — from implementation to communications.
•Monitor and evaluate feedback channels and contribute to initiatives that optimize the employee experience.
•Investigate and resolve employee relations matters in a way that balances company, internal, and external stakeholder considerations.

•Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to design clear processes and balance speed with quality.
•Strong EQ and empathy, with the judgment to resolve people situations in a balanced and thoughtful way.
