Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage relationships for assigned clients and stakeholders, coordinating onboarding, implementation, and ongoing lifecycle engagement.
  • •Perform risk management to minimize churn, present ROI to stakeholders, and develop get-well plans to increase customer satisfaction.
  • •Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for your book of business, performing administrative tasks in the CSM toolset.
  • •Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to execute projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • •Own simulated phishing defense program delivery and contractual requirements, including managed training execution and monthly remediation reports.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of experience applying analytic methodologies and principles related to cyber threat management and/or client portfolio management.
  • •Previous experience supporting customers in a consultant, managed services, or technical account management capacity.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of the phishing threat landscape and the risk it presents to organizations.
  • •Fundamental understanding of messaging, SMTP, and email products.
  • •CISSP, Security+, or PMP certification a plus; information security and program management experience preferred.
