Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide TF sustaining support for deployed fixtures to minimize downtime and customer impact.
  • •Coordinate and/or perform test fixture PM and calibration, leading the maintenance program and tracking performance metrics.
  • •Interface with test engineers and BU customers to coordinate deployment of new test fixtures; drive new fixture designs and track deployment issues to closure.
  • •Estimate fixture manufacturing costs, determine scheduling requirements, and lead DFx principles to reduce costs and improve delivered quality.
  • •Perform root-cause and corrective-action analysis and failure analysis; drive engineering change requests and manufacturing engineering ePLC deliverables.
