Key Responsibilities

•Provide a high level of customer service by being knowledgeable about product categories and assisting customers professionally.
•Operate the point of sales system with high accuracy in transactions and cash handling procedures.
•Actively learn and understand the product range, advising customers to meet their needs and increase revenue through add-on sales.
•Assist with receiving deliveries and displaying goods per approved procedures to ensure product availability for customers.
•Apply merchandising principles to maintain a corporate image and ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and tidy.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Agricultural Engineering or equivalent.
•At least 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
•Agricultural Engineer Certificate is required.
•Strong communication and good customer service skills.
•Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale system.
