Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and understanding the impact of each interaction.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and deliver effective, customized recommendations.
  • •Open and manage consumer and business accounts and related deposit and lending products, including home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships using centers of influence.
  • •Support branch operations (including teller transactions as needed), participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and work Saturdays as directed by management.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED (or equivalent business experience) is required, with sales experience prioritized for developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (1+ year required).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to interact with small business clients, overcome objections, and ask fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
