Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of vision and inspection technologies including cameras, sensors, lighting, and image processing platforms.
  • •Ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned to quality, safety, and operational goals; manage lifecycle planning for upgrades and standardisation.
  • •Conduct technical feasibility studies and performance evaluations; support business cases and investment planning for inspection and quality automation.
  • •Coordinate regional rollouts and cross-site knowledge sharing; self-identify and lead improvement initiatives such as false reject reduction.
  • •Integrate and troubleshoot vision systems with Automation, Controls, OT, and Digital Infrastructure teams to resolve vision and inspection-related issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience deploying and supporting industrial vision and inspection systems in manufacturing environments.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of machine vision, cameras, lighting, sensors, and image processing technologies.
  • •Understanding of integration with controls, OT, and digital platforms.
  • •Ability to coach and guide others through structured knowledge sharing.
  • •Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
