Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven wellbeing strategies and programmes for clients.
  • •Run end-to-end survey projects including questionnaire setup, fieldwork management, and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Analyze workforce health datasets (survey, claims, utilisation, demographic, and wellbeing programme data) to support client recommendations.
  • •Create client-ready outputs such as charts, summaries, reports, and executive presentations to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • •Own project workstreams, including planning, stakeholder coordination, issue tracking, delivery management, and maintaining project documentation and records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, Psychology) or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Typically 3-6 years of experience in market research, people analytics, management consulting, health consulting, or a similar insights-focused role.
  • •Strong survey research experience, including questionnaire design/adaptation, survey setup, fieldwork management, response-rate monitoring, and data quality checks.
  • •Solid analytical skills working with multiple data sources, and experience producing client deliverables.
  • •Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
