Transition Services Liaison

Support students in a transition track by coordinating communication and helping them move from high school to post-secondary education, training, or appropriate options. Work with agencies and family advocacy groups, assist with college registration and Ohio Core graduation requirements, participate in IEP team activities, and help gather follow-up data for the State Performance Plan. Educate parents on outreach programs and transition needs while balancing virtual work with required travel for professional development and testing.
