Job Summary

Product Manager lead for end-to-end product development and lifecycle management of onshore and offshore funds in Taiwan. Partners with regulators, offshore managers, and internal stakeholders to drive product launches, regulatory filings, documentation, and data governance across internal systems and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Support fund lifecycle management and product development from ideation to launch for onshore and offshore funds
•Coordinate with regulators (FSC/SITCA), external lawyers and offshore management companies to ensure regulatory filings and approvals
•Maintain product master data and ensure accuracy of disclosures across internal and external platforms
•Manage fund lifecycle initiatives including mergers, restructurings, fee changes, and policy updates with cross-functional teams
•Collaborate on strategic product initiatives, market analysis, and cross-border projects to support pipeline development

Key Requirements

•At least 7 years of relevant experience in the Taiwan funds industry (Associate Product Manager role possible for less experience)
•SITCA license or Senior Securities Specialist license required

•Strong attention to detail in legal and regulatory documents
•Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
