Job Summary

Lead BIM and VDC processes across the project lifecycle as Owner’s Representative, ensuring BIM workflows align with standards, support coordination, and enable data management, model quality, and digital handovers. Drive ACC/BIM360 implementation, oversee AE/GC BIM execution, coordinate BEPs, and champion BIM governance on on-site projects in Thailand’s energy and infrastructure sectors.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Lead BIM and VDC implementation across the project, providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
•Manage end-to-end Project Model Management and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) setup and administration.
•Act as Owner’s ACC/BIM360 project administrator, coordinating workspace setup and access for AE and GC teams.
•Oversee BIM execution by AE and GC teams, including model transitions and compliance with Owner’s BIM requirements.
•Manage Architect/Engineering team and General Contractor BIM execution, oversee model transition from AE to GC and provide general guidance and support on BIM related queries on the project as they arise

Key Requirements

•10 years’ minimum experience in plant maintenance or construction in the Oil and Gas Industry
•Experience in Data Center projects will be considered an advantage
•Good command in English and Thai Communications
•Experience leading BIM/VDC projects and BIM governance on large-scale construction projects
•Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360 administration
