Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the change and adoption approach for AI transformation engagements, covering the agentic platform, Copilot, agent-based solutions, and AI-enabled operating models.
  • •Translate AI transformation strategies into adoption plans supporting leadership alignment, user readiness, behavior change, and measurable business outcomes.
  • •Partner operationally with the AI Specialist & GTM Lead to align adoption activities with AI propositions, GTM priorities, Microsoft plays, and client value hypotheses.
  • •Work with AI architects and delivery teams to align agent design, deployment, and lifecycle management with human adoption, governance, and operating model changes.
  • •Define adoption stakeholders/personas/use cases, develop enablement assets, support responsible AI governance, and track adoption metrics including usage, confidence, productivity, compliance behaviors, and value realization.

Key Requirements

  • •7–15 years of professional experience, including 7–10 years in change enablement.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Master’s preferred).
  • •Strong change and adoption experience in technology-enabled transformations, with exposure to AI, Copilot, automation, or digital workplace adoption preferred.
  • •Advanced knowledge of change management frameworks, including assessing readiness and applying qualitative/quantitative analysis to decision-making.
  • •Experience leading/managing professionals and the ability to translate technical AI and agent concepts into practical behavioral, operational, and business change.
