Cost Engineer - Natural Resources Construction

Support planning, monitoring, and control of project costs across the construction lifecycle for large-scale capital projects. Develop and maintain estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections; track expenditures against approved budgets; manage change control with cost impact analysis; and produce cost reports, performance metrics, and dashboards. Collaborate with project controls and construction, engineering, procurement, and contractor teams to ensure accurate cost management and support project closeout reconciliation.
