  • •Direct, organize, and oversee day-to-day plant production to meet safety, quality, and production standards.
  • •Update visual management boards and ensure proper communication of production activities across shifts.
  • •Manage manpower efficiently and coordinate overtime scheduling as needed.
  • •Supervise, train, and develop production operators; manage evaluations, discipline, and training compliance.
  • •Maintain production records (paperwork, reports, downtime records) and coordinate continuous improvement and cost control initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •3+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing facility as a supervisor.
  • •Chemical manufacturing experience with increasing responsibilities, including supervisory or leadership experience.
