Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert technical support across a complex enterprise IT operating environment to ensure reliable performance of critical systems and services.
  • •Support hybrid infrastructures (on-premises and cloud) with tool/configuration and operational practices.
  • •Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Linux systems, including updates, maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • •Triage, diagnose, and resolve IT issues in alignment with ITSM lifecycle processes, collaborating with end users and network/system administration teams.
  • •Manage service requests using customer ITSM policies, including workstation/laptop updates, imaging, configuration, and lifecycle maintenance; support IAM via MFA technologies and maintain documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40.11 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced IT support professional supporting complex enterprise IT operating environments.
  • •Experience supporting hybrid on-prem and cloud environments.
  • •Experience with Multifactor Authentication (MFA) technologies and tools for Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • •High collaboration and communication skills to handle IT service requests up-to VIP/executive-level users.
  • •Must be able to attain and maintain DFC Public Trust.
