Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain complex tools and heavy rental/customer equipment using independent judgment.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
  • •Diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models to identify root cause and corrective actions.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation of work performed (work orders).
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts and help train lower-level technicians as needed.
