Lead end-to-end HR projects that improve how teams operate across functions, geographies, and organizations. Partner with HR Business Partners, Corporate Business Operations, and business leaders to identify opportunities in HR tools, processes, and programs, then drive scoping, timelines, milestones, and communications. Use people data and HRIS systems to define success metrics, monitor progress, and recommend improvements, while supporting scalable, compliant organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and execution of HR projects and initiatives across functions, geographies, and teams.
•Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand challenges and improve HR tools, processes, and programs.
•Drive projects from planning through implementation, including scoping goals, building timelines, identifying milestones, and managing communications.
•Use data to define success metrics, monitor project progress, and inform recommendations.
•Collaborate with the HR Data team to surface and analyze trends and support scalable, consistent HR processes aligned with company priorities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in HR or program management.
•6+ years of experience managing or leading cross-functional projects involving HR systems, processes, or HR policy implementation (e.g., performance management, onboarding, HR compliance).
•Experience using HRIS systems and people data to inform project decisions (e.g., Workday, Tableau, Excel).
•Training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, SQL, Power Automate).
•Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
