Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide scientific leadership across complex clinical development and evidence-generation programs, defining research strategies aligned to product, clinical, regulatory, and business objectives.
  • •Independently design and lead complex clinical studies, including protocols, endpoints, sample-size approaches, statistical analysis plans, and interpretation frameworks.
  • •Lead statistical strategy and analysis for clinical, wearable, and real-world datasets, evaluating methodology, assumptions, bias, missing data, and limitations.
  • •Establish scientific standards and provide expert review of study designs, statistical analysis plans, analyses, outputs, and conclusions with Clinical/Data Science and external partners.
  • •Own senior oversight for protocols, SAPs, clinical study reports, evidence summaries, regulatory submission sections, and scientific communications, and mentor other clinical scientists.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in life sciences, clinical research, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, biomedical engineering, medicine, or related fields (PhD, MD, PharmD, ScD, DrPH preferred).
  • •Approximately 9–12+ years of relevant experience in clinical research/science, medical devices, digital health, SaMD, pharma/biotech, or related health research environments.
  • •Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex clinical research programs from study design through analysis, interpretation, and reporting, including for ambiguous or novel questions.
  • •Deep expertise in clinical study design, endpoint development, statistical methodology, and clinical evidence interpretation.
  • •Strong proficiency with R, SAS, Python, Stata, or similar tools, plus knowledge of regulated evidence generation (including ICH-GCP, FDA expectations, and ISO 14155).
