Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues and escalate process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion sales-floor visual standards and support stockroom standards and safe, efficient store operations.
  • •Use metrics to support business-driving strategies and address client needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to constantly move in and around the store, including sales floor and back of house.
