Enterprise Fraud Management Operational Excellence Leader

Lead operational excellence for Enterprise Fraud Management by identifying and removing process steps to improve speed, quality, and cost while maintaining an excellent client experience. Drive new initiatives, recommend and implement control/compliance procedures, maintain procedure inventories, and advise leadership on operational adjustments driven by regulatory and vendor changes. Develop key performance metrics, leverage data for decision-making, and guide change management and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams.
