Operations Manager (Japanese Language Proficiency)

Lead weekly commit operationalization and forecast-call priorities for Cisco’s Commerce Operations organization, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive required actions and prepare period-end reporting. Serve as a field/customer operations advisor for tools, policies, supply chain constraints, complex hardware deal assurance, and executive-level customer issue ownership. Continuously improve processes via automation, change requests, and adoption of new solutions while driving stakeholder operational business reviews.
