Job Summary

Lead sales for supermarket, large grocery, and online channels by developing and executing growth strategies. Manage relationships with key retail chains and e-commerce partners, negotiating commercial terms, promotions, and annual agreements. Drive revenue, market share, and profitability through performance monitoring and market trend analysis. Coordinate with Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure successful launches and on-time product availability, while forecasting and reporting results and leading/coaching the sales team.
