•Safely load, secure, transport, and offload CarMax vehicles between stores, auctions, vendors, and logistics hubs.
•Ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles to maintain inventory flow and customer satisfaction.
•Operate equipment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cleanliness, maintaining a well-kept truck and trailer.
•Conduct DOT-compliant pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT logs and documentation.
•Represent CarMax professionally while following all company and federal safety regulations to minimize risk.

Salary: USD 28.6 - 48.7 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) issued by the state.
•2+ years of Class A CDL driving experience (military heavy/medium tactical experience considered).
•Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years and no preventable safety incidents in the past 2 years.
•Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements.
•Ability to lift heavy objects, operate winches during loading, and operate a 10-speed transmission while working outdoors in varied weather.
