Job Summary

Build a capable, compliant manufacturing workforce by coordinating training, SOPs, and capability processes across Diageo Australia. Maintain training records and compliance evidence for audit readiness, standardise work instructions and training materials, and deliver or coordinate training sessions for operators and frontline leaders. Partner with Operations, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and HR to support on-the-job learning, rollout Manufacturing Excellence practices, and improve training efficiency and time to proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain training records, competency documentation, compliance evidence, and training matrices for accuracy, audit readiness, and site alignment.
•Create, update, and standardise SOPs, work instructions, and training materials to support safe, consistent, and compliant operations.
•Deliver or coordinate training, refresher sessions, and capability-building activities for operators, frontline leaders, and site teams.
•Partner with leaders and SMEs to support on-the-job training, coaching, and knowledge transfer across manufacturing teams.
•Maintain training systems and document control processes, monitor training efficiency, and improve capability outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Experience in training coordination, capability development, learning administration, document control, or operational excellence within manufacturing, FMCG, food, beverage, or similar environments.
•Experience maintaining SOPs, training records, compliance documentation, and document management systems.
•Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, safe work practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
•Ability to deliver training, facilitate learning, or support structured on-the-job development for frontline teams.
•Confidence using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, learning management systems, or other digital training/document platforms.
