Job Summary

Data Manager Industrie oversees end-to-end data tools for Supply Chain, aligning technical data with ERP architecture, monitoring data quality, and driving data governance. You’ll build dashboards (PowerBI), ensure data reliability (KPI dashboards, data stewards), and enable data access controls in compliance with RGPD, supporting industrial data-driven decision making at Vendôme.

Key Responsibilities

•Express data needs to the DIGIS team and oversee provisioning of databases to build data monitoring tools (PowerBI).
•Align technical data with the chosen supply-chain architecture, establish data management rules based on stock policy, and monitor ERP data realism through surveillance tools.
•Ensure data reliability scorecards (KPI tracking), maintain rituals and action plans, and drive data updates in supply chain processes with business networks support.
•Identify data required to meet Business needs, assess data sensitivity, and define access rules based on GDPR and confidentiality levels.
•Act as Data Steward to ensure appropriate data access controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or higher in data management, Supply Chain, or related field; solid foundation in data analysis and governance
•Strong skills in PowerBI and data visualization; experience with ERP SAP or similar systems and supply chain processes
•Experience defining data rules and governance, data quality monitoring, and KPI reporting
•Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and manage data across cross-functional teams
•Strong communication skills in English and French, with ability to work autonomously in an industrial environment
