Job Summary

Own technical, consultative sales for Poly/Collaboration solutions—building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying value opportunities, and delivering persuasive product demonstrations and presentations. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, provide accurate forecasts, and continuously improve the sales process. Partner with account managers to expand accounts, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and mentor junior team members with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Leverage expert knowledge of Poly/Collaboration products to support technical selling and value propositions.
•Build relationships with client stakeholders to understand needs and tailor solutions that solve business problems.
•Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed targets and drive revenue growth.
•Identify new customer value opportunities and expand existing accounts in collaboration with account managers.
•Provide forecasts, deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, mentor junior team members, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, or account management.
•In-depth knowledge of Poly/Collaboration products and services, including technical details and competitive advantages.
•Experience developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
•Ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
•Accurate sales forecasting skills to support resource allocation and business planning.
