Associate Construction Manager

Oversee end-to-end construction execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and project specifications are met while complying with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate contractors, consultants, and on-site teams, monitor progress and risks, and drive corrective actions to prevent delays and cost overruns. Lead inspections and audits, manage contractor submittals and change orders, and collaborate with design/engineering to resolve technical issues and support value engineering.
