Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage supplier onboarding processes, including tool management, orchestration, and support for cross-functional onboarding operations into Airbnb’s financial system.
  • •Provide supplier program optimization, including maintaining supplier risk oversight measures and partnering with Sourcing to establish supplier programs.
  • •Develop process improvement recommendations based on deep knowledge of current procurement practices to improve supplier experience and operational efficiency.
  • •Oversee monitoring of supplier compliance, documenting operational health and communicating progress, barriers, risks, and benefits to management.
  • •Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities to enhance supplier risk management program systems and operations; lead project execution and tool implementations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 102,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or advanced degree in business, finance, supply chain, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience managing procurement programs and/or leading preferred supplier programs.
  • •Experience managing supplier onboarding and risk management tools and processes, including implementing enterprise-wide systems.
  • •Use data, automation, or AI tools to support decision-making.
  • •Strong stakeholder influence skills, analytical problem-solving, and excellent written and oral communication.
