Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for cost management teams and ensure delivery of cost management accountabilities across multiple active programs.
  • •Lead client-facing interfaces with clients, stakeholders, and consultants across all project stages, maintaining clear professional communication.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost control, and change management throughout the project lifecycle, including commercial status reporting.
  • •Track financial performance (margins, forecasting, resource planning), develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor performance using KPIs and internal controls.
  • •Drive continuous improvement of cost management processes and tools; mentor and develop team members; support proposals and RFP responses and contribute to business development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field (graduate degree preferred).
  • •8+ years of experience in cost management within large-scale construction.
  • •Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, multi-project programs.
  • •Experience in data center or mission-critical construction strongly preferred.
  • •SME in Quantity Surveying with RICS certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred; strong contract knowledge and cost control expertise.
