  • •Own strategic enterprise RFP pursuits in your region from qualification through submission.
  • •Decode evaluator requirements and build response strategy in partnership with account teams.
  • •Coordinate input and review cycles across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security.
  • •Use an AI-first system to drive on-time, high-quality submissions, focusing judgment on positioning and differentiation.
  • •Turn repeated work into templates, content, and process improvements based on what you learn each cycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end, ideally at a technology company.
  • •Use AI fluently in your own work, with experience shipping internal tooling/workflows (or partnering with engineers).
  • •Write and edit exceptionally well to turn technical and commercial inputs into clear, compliant, persuasive responses.
  • •Run complex projects under deadline pressure, coordinating contributors, review cycles, and sign-offs across functions and timezones.
  • •Demonstrate commercial instincts by reading scoring criteria, identifying differentiators, and flagging low-value pursuits.
