Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers entering the service area, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
  • •Determine if customers have appointments and record customer and vehicle details, including VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage.
  • •Control service traffic flow and parking; assist with loaner vehicles and park vehicles after they’ve been written up.
  • •Drive vehicles safely and report any lot damage immediately; retrieve customer vehicles for pick-up.
  • •Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags; deliver keys and repair order hard copies to Service Advisors; maintain a clean and safe service drive area.
