Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver retail P&L and KPI targets, monitor performance, and initiate plans to improve store productivity and increase sales.
  • •Adopt and execute operational tools/standards and country-specific policies, ensuring compliance with global retail standards.
  • •Manage store operations for openings/closings/relocations/upgrades, inventory/shipment processes, stock takes, and data integrity.
  • •Coach and lead local retail operations teams, execute VM and loss prevention standards, and support retail training programs.
  • •Drive process improvements through cross-functional collaboration and develop store management talent via hiring, training, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree graduate.
  • •Minimum 5 years retail operations experience, including 2–3 years in a similar position with a Global Brand in a customer service-oriented environment (preferably apparel/footwear/sports/outdoor).
  • •At least 2 years of managerial experience, including managing multiple stores.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including English at business level.
  • •Must be knowledgeable in MS Office.
