Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect, maintain, and repair aircrew flight equipment, including survival gear, helmets, oxygen masks, harnesses, parachutes, anti-G suits, communication equipment, and other life-support systems.
  • •Follow established procedures and technical orders to maintain equipment in accordance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • •Conduct thorough inspections to ensure proper functionality, serviceability, and compliance with technical specifications.
  • •Fabricate and modify aircrew flight equipment according to technical specifications.
  • •Provide training and guidance to aircrew members on proper use, maintenance, and emergency procedures; able to assign and perform CUT (Cross Utilization Training) as required.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience in aircrew flight equipment systems.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • •Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime (some positions may rotate).
  • •Follow established procedures and technical orders to maintain equipment to safety and maintenance standards.
  • •Preferred: experience on military fighter platforms (e.g., F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, F-15) or military/vocational training related to the discipline.
