Key Responsibilities

  • •Builds strong relationships with existing and new clients, teaming partners, industry groups and stakeholders
  • •Leads client-facing activities, strengthens relationships within the Surface Transportation/public sector to pursue and win transportation and infrastructure design projects
  • •Acts as lead engineer, approves and signs off on work on local, state, and federal projects
  • •Provides technical expertise for studies and design efforts and performs technical reviews of work by others
  • •Drives project performance and is responsible for the performance of a portfolio of projects and collaborates with peers to implement best practices

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 210,000 annually

  • •BS/BA with 10+ years of experience or demonstrated equivalency
  • •Arizona PE license
  • •Project management experience on roadway/highway projects
  • •Proficiency in transportation design software (OpenRoads, MicroStation, InRoads)
