Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and design the security aspects of SOC solutions to meet customer requirements across conceptualisation, architecture, design, build, deployment, and operation.
  • •Own overall responsibility for delivery of solution security aspects and ensure designs meet functional and non-functional security requirements.
  • •Lead security aspects of SOC solution designs, including input to CONOPS, high-level designs, low-level designs, and deployment-level designs.
  • •Provide engineering leadership and management for SOC delivery through all stages of the engineering lifecycle, from concept through transition to service operation.
  • •Collaborate with design team members to contribute to solution architectures across services, people, policy/process, technology, and physical layers.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead and shape the security architecture for SOC solutions across services, people, policy/process, technology, and physical infrastructure layers.
  • •Engage with client stakeholders to understand and/or define security requirements, including any accreditation requirements.
  • •Provide engineering leadership and management for design, build, deployment, and operation across the SOC solution engineering lifecycle.
  • •Have knowledge and experience designing, building, and deploying SOC technology, including at least two of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability management, or threat intelligence.
  • •Demonstrate cybersecurity fundamentals including threats/mitigation, risk assessment, vulnerability management, and secure architecture practices (e.g., least privilege, encryption).
