Job Summary

Lead Microsoft Fabric data architecture capabilities for NTT DATA’s Data Practice in Ireland. You’ll steer architecture teams, translate client business problems into analytical tasks, and design practical, production-ready solutions across knowledge graphs, data ontologies, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled products. Work with data architects, engineers, and platform specialists to build reusable notebooks, scripts, and pipelines, support continuous improvement, and grow a Microsoft Fabric community of practice and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Microsoft Fabric architecture teams and act as a leading specialist for Microsoft Fabric data architectures, including knowledge graphs, data taxonomies, data ontologies, and data context shaping.
•Architect data platforms, data pipelines, and machine learning models for forecasting, classification, recommendation, optimization, clustering, and anomaly detection.
•Guide teams on Microsoft Fabric services and data architecture/model approaches, selecting appropriate architectures and pipeline techniques.
•Build and support reusable notebooks, scripts, and pipelines to enable repeatable machine learning delivery, and support monitoring/continuous improvement in client environments.
•Engage with clients and internal stakeholders (including CxOs) to translate business problems into analytical tasks, communicate architecture recommendations, and lead a Microsoft Fabric community of practice.

Key Requirements

•Strong leadership experience leading Microsoft Fabric architecture teams and enabling growth of Microsoft Fabric data architecture practices.
•Market-leading Microsoft Fabric experience evidenced by conferences, articles, or similar thought leadership.
•Experience leading and delivering complex Microsoft Fabric architectures for Tier 1 clients, enabling clients’ most complex data challenges.
•Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across mixed technical and business teams, including with senior stakeholders.
•Experience leading Microsoft Fabric data architecture capabilities covering knowledge graphs, data taxonomies, data ontologies, data context shaping, generative/agentic AI, and LLMs for AI-enabled (incl. explainable AI) products.
