Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer heavy equipment and aerial lifts. Create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using data from a wide range of equipment models. Work onsite in Odessa, TX with a Monday–Friday schedule, on-call coverage, and hands-on OEM training while keeping complete daily documentation.
