Key Responsibilities

  • •Own regional gear demand forecasting and production inputs to ensure optimal gear availability across markets
  • •Manage inventory levels across multiple storage locations, driving replenishment to minimize out-of-stock risk and reduce holding costs
  • •Own regional logistics operations for equipment storage, fulfillment, and cross-border distribution across regional hubs
  • •Manage 3PL warehouse partners, freight forwarders, and equipment suppliers; support tenders, evaluate vendor performance, and enforce quality standards
  • •Identify and lead supply chain automation and standardization initiatives, including custom equipment field tests and compliance/financial reporting coordination

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics operations
  • •Hands-on supply chain planning experience with ERP systems (SAP, Ariba), Shopify, and workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n)
  • •Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-market initiatives across Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Regional teams
  • •Demonstrated success automating manual workflows to drive operational scalability and cost efficiencies
  • •Strong supplier management experience, including transport/warehouse/supplier tenders and international customs/logistics coordination
