Key Responsibilities

  • •Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations that solve customer, product, and operations problems.
  • •Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
  • •Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
  • •Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify what to build, then build quickly and improve in production.
  • •Design and deploy AI systems with constraints in mind, including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on engineering ability to build AI systems, not just strategy or management experience.
  • •Experience building AI agents and LLM apps, including RAG systems and automation workflows (or similar).
  • •Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical stack.
  • •Good judgement on what should be automated versus not.
  • •Ability to ship working systems and improve quality, testing, and reliability over time.
