Build AI-native systems for BJAK’s AI Neobank app by creating AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations that automate real customer, product, and operations work. Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows while designing for constraints like accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, and compliance. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship and continuously improve production systems.

Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations that solve customer, product, and operations problems.
•Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
•Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
•Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify what to build, then build quickly and improve in production.
•Design and deploy AI systems with constraints in mind, including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on engineering ability to build AI systems, not just strategy or management experience.
•Experience building AI agents and LLM apps, including RAG systems and automation workflows (or similar).
•Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical stack.
•Good judgement on what should be automated versus not.
•Ability to ship working systems and improve quality, testing, and reliability over time.
