Job Summary

Support discrete manufacturing and sustainment processes by configuring and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Plan to Sustain (P2S) capabilities. Partner with production, planning, maintenance, supply chain, and operations teams to translate requirements into SAP solutions, manage testing and UAT, and provide Level 3 production support for complex PP/MFG issues. Lead enhancements, estimate effort, troubleshoot defects, and apply Lean and root-cause problem-solving to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with production, planning, maintenance, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
•Perform hands-on SAP PP/MRP/EAM/QM configuration and design/optimize end-to-end P2S business processes.
•Lead production-related projects and act as Business Analyst and Functional Lead.
•Manage the testing lifecycle for production and sustainment processes, including UAT support.
•Provide Level 3 SAP production support, troubleshoot complex PP/MFG issues, and resolve defects impacting shop floor or planning performance.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
•U.S. Citizen is required for authorization under the program/contract.
•5+ years of hands-on SAP experience in manufacturing/production environments (or 3+ with an advanced degree).
•Deep functional expertise in SAP P2S, including Production Planning (PP).
•Hands-on configuration and support knowledge covering Shop Floor Execution/MES integration and Materials Requirements Planning (MRP, MRP Live).
